Aside from the ones already mentioned, there are a couple things like ENB mods that change the lighting or Difficulty mods that change the .ini files. WebCouldn't fix the texture flickering issue with the Remaster. Tried out the original and it always kept crashing. Googled and found one solution that fixed the crashes (I'm really sorry I can't seem to remember what the solution was) but then the original too started having extreme visual glitches and artifacts.
