WebLooking for tips for an optimized completionist build with jsawyer and logan's loophole. The title says it all. With jsawyer and logan's loophole, you're capped at level 20, so 19 levels of skill points, 10 perks total. Most of my build styles tend to be as completionist as possible, but I'm really splitting hairs figuring out what to sacrifice.
