Witryna12 paź 2011 · Impending victory- Your shield slam has a 30% chance to proc "Victory is near" at 3 stacks of Victory is near you are able to use victory rush but it will only heal for 15% of your health max and after using it (the talent not victory rush) has a 15 second cd before you can gain more stacks. What do you guys think? Reply With Quote WitrynaImpending Victory (talent replacement for VRush) can be used against an enemy at any time but it heals for only 15% max health and has a 30 second cooldown. However the awesome part is that if you kill a target you will still get the stronger "Victory Rush" buff, healing 30% max hp if you use it while the buff lasts.

Then again I highly recommend you to not bind VR with anything because its a survival ability and really REALLY low on the priority list when it comes to threat generation.
